All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via USPS.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package.

NEM Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. NEM Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
